Hotel Cestelli - Florence

The room was clean, but the wifi was super weak and frustrating.

Magnificent and particularly good location as it's and next to a beautiful area as well as the main attractions, train station and bus stops. Florence Historic Center district certainly deserves to be visited.

everything is perfect about this small hotel, would definitely recommend. its rooms are great-sized, had a really lovely stay in the winter time.

The location couldn't be better, just a short walk from spots like Piazza della Signoria and the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella. The room was clean and well-decorated. The hosts were very helpful, offering great local tips. One downside was the central heating since we couldn't adjust the temperature, leaving us a bit chilly at times. They provided plenty of blankets, which helped a lot.

The place was appealing and gorgeous and the staff were knowledgeable, the location was incredible within walking distance of the city center. Location really close to the huge cathedrals and Medici castle, an ancient palace, and Ponte Vecchio. And 10 mins walk to a l-shaped square.

I had spacious and huge room with central heating and a study table. The price was £ 39. The atmosphere created was quiet...

Staying here was so awesome! The vibe was vintage and cozy, and the location made exploring super easy. Plus, I had room #1 with a sweet little courtyard view-a fantastic find in such a busy spot!

Air conditioning non-existent!!! A single fan that broke. The questionable bathroom logistics during busy hours!!! Proper attention to bathroom maintenance and a more reliable cooling system would really up the game here!!!

The location was excellent for exploring Florence.

I was seriously frustrated with the shower pressure. It took forever to get just a few drops of warm water. I couldn't stand comfortably in the cramped shower-half my body touched the wall the entire time! The internet barely worked, made planning my days near impossible.

Positive, The location was perfect, just a short walk from the tourist attractions. The room was clean with a comfy bed. Everything was explained well at check-in, and the bathroom was regularly maintained. I appreciated the helpful recommendations from the owners 🏨

We felt comfortable and secure in our double room, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. The room was cozy and decorated in a lovely vintage style. We appreciated the soothing sounds of musicians serenading us from the square below as we enjoyed our evenings with the window open.

The shower pressure could use some improvement, made getting ready a bit tricky.
